Leading Organizational Change In this course we learned the importance of the WIG or the Wildly Important Goal.  I think this was incredible important to setting up a successful innovation plan.  It forced to focus in the important end goal and helped us not get lost in the day to day details.  When planing for big change it’s easy to get lost in day to day events that can pull us away from the main goal and de-rail the project.  We also focused on the importance of building relationships and using conversations that challenge us to think deeper.   … Continue reading Capstone
